Thorough cleaning includes dusting, of all floor areas, shafts, staircases, storage boxes, partitions, glazing exteriors only, miscellaneous items, furniture, artificial plants etc., and any other item specific to the said premises as specified by us at site on daily basis used on the mutually agreed time frames. Wet & dry mopping of all floor areas on site, cabins, Parking levels, toilets, passages & office areas. Cleaning and wiping of toilets including its floors, walls, washbasins, Indian/Western closets Urinals etc., every two hours on all working days and as and when required. Removal of garbage from dustbins, sweeping etc. and its collection at one place and arrangement for its disposal away from the said premises in proper Government approved landfills. Major cleaning work shall be done on week days. Cleaning, scrubbing, buffing & polishing of all marbles/granite/Terrazzo/ Mosaic floor & skirting areas within the said premises has to be carried out weekly or as specified by EMKAY from time to time. Weekly cleaning- dry vacuuming, spot cleaning, removal of cobwebs, false ceiling, AC grills, M&E equipments (under the supervision of technical staff).
